At long last - a victory for Guildford Allotment tenants and the Mussells.

Chris Bruce, Head of Parks @ GBC inspected Bev & Lyn's plots and this week and at last, they're in the clear.

Here's what he had to say:

"I found the above-mentioned plots to be in good order and in compliance with the conditions imposed in my letter of the 9 August.  I confirm that the eviction notices on these plots have been rescinded.

I very much appreciate the hard work that you must have done to bring these plots back to the required standard"

Now that this sorry episode is closed and we have a new crew at the helm of Guildford Allotment Society, we all hope that all Allotment tenants in the Borough can stop looking over their shoulders and get on with the real business of gardening.
