Our Annual General Meeting will be held at St Mary's Church Hall, Aldershot Road, Guildford.

Date: Saturday 29th November 2008

Agenda yet to be published but there won't be too much formal Committee stuff - we always aim to keep this to a minmum - and the meeting itself lasts about an hour. 

The meeting is really about updating everyone about Housing Developments, the Allotment  Site Housing Threat and other local Open Space issues.

It's an open public meeting - all very welcome.
