The Aldershot Road Allotment site is situated in Westborough in Guildford. The Western perimeter borders with Worplesdon.

Westborough Ward is represented by 3 Borough Councillors whereas, Worplesdon is a Parish with its own Parish Councillors as well as 3 Borough Councillors.

After the May 2011 Elections, the Borough Councillors for  Westborough are 2 Lib Dems + 1 Labour and Worplesdon are all Conservatives. 

Followiing the withdrawal form local pollitics of Nigel Sutcliffe, an election for a new Worplesdon County Councillor was held on the 3rd May 2012. The Conservatives held the seat with an increased majority and Keith Witham is now the new Councillor
