Update - July 2021

NEW PLOTS @ ALDERSHOT RD UPDATE

Not much has been happening of late. The reason is that GBC are assessing the levels on that part of the site before creating the new plots. We hope it won't take much longer!

RUBBISH/FLYTIPPING - OAKFIELDS

Tenants and visitors to the Oakfields gate area cannot fail to have noticed the filth and rubbish dumped on the nearby pavement over the last few months. Fortunately GBC have been very helpful in clearing this and we hope the perpetrators have been warned about repeat offending.

AGM 2021?

A long time since the last one but Covid regulations have ruled out anything happening here - but we do intend to have an AGM in the coming weeks/months.

ALLOTMENT WAITING LIST

A spin-off from Covid restrictions has been a rapid increase in demand for Allotments as more people work from home or have changed their working patterns. At last count this month, the waiting list across all Guildford sites according to GBC was over 320!

LAND AT WESTWAY & ALLOTMENT PARKING

The developers asked for comments on their proposals - this is their reply:
